Capucake Illustration Commission

GENERAL

  1. Clients are kindly asked to provide the details of the commission clearly and properly.

  2. Clients are highly encouraged to provide image references. Own draft will be much appreciated!

  3. The artist may decline some requests accordingly:

  • WILL DRAW

  • Original Character/s

  • Ship Arts

  • Fan arts from existing franchises

  • Kemonomimi

  • Self-insert

  • Semi-stylized portrait/caricature

  • Full stylized portrait/caricature

  • Mild NSFWs

  • CANNOT DRAW

  • Hyperrealism Style

  • Full Furry Anthropomorphic Characters

  • Mecha

  • Complicated Backgrounds

  • WILL NOT DRAW

  • Explicit NSFWs: gore, violence, adultery

  • Inappropriate ship (especially minor x adult or anything that involves minors with NSFW context)

  1. The turnaround time of the artist will be at least 5 days and at most 2 months depending on how complex the request is.

  2. The artist will give the client frequent updates communicated via Gmail : [email protected]

  3. Clients are given maximum of 3 slots for major revisions, including in sketch phase.

  4. Rush art is acceptable, only in sketch commissions.

PAYMENT

  1. The artist highly prefer 50/50 Payment Policy. Pay the first 50% before I draft the commission and then the remaining 50% for the rendering of the approved draft.

  2. Revisions in sketch level are free, but major revisions passed the sketch phase will have additional fee.

  3. Rushed Art on sketch commissions will have additional fee. For this case, payment would be upfront.

  4. Strictly NO CANCELLATION NOR REFUND once the artist accepts and especially starts the commission. Rest assure the artist accomplishes your request.

  5. MODE OF PAYMENT: Gcash, PayMaya | Maya, Paypal

  • Gcash - The artist will provide the information or QR Code

  • PayMaya | Maya - The artist will provide the information or QR Code

  • Paypal - the artist will send an invoice via e-mail, therefore clients' Paypal e-mail must be given

DISCLAIMER

  1. The artist may add the commission work in their portfolio

  2. The artist retain the rights to publicly display both the progress and finished output of the commission, but clients may inform the artist to keep the commission private if they wish to.

  3. Clients may repost the works BUT CANNOT CLAIM IT AS THEIR OWN. Proper crediting is a must.

  4. These commissions are for PERSONAL USE only.

  5. Finished commission ABSOLUTELY CANNOT BE USED FOR BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECH nor AI-TECH.
