I, the artist, may decline some requests due to unfortunate circumstances.
Watermark removal is an option, this comes with additional fee.
I will only start your request once I received your payment.
No cancel order policy once paid (installment or full). Cancel order will only be granted when client decides so from failed first payment
Payment delays are okay, this will put your request "On Hold", not cancelled.
Artworks are distributed as soft copies (digital copies) only.
Completion varies from the service and the possible circumstances. Each Services will indicate the TAT.
Preliminary phase (sketch-refined sketch) takes 5-7 days. At most, completion may be 60 days (2 months) or more, if work's efficient it will be less.
Please keep in mind that delivery time starts once it is your turn in the queue.
Finished output will be delivered via e-mail.
Rush arts are only for Sketch Commission.
For rendered outputs, I accept request with deadlines only if it's on generous timeline. Despite the generous timeline, please still indicate its due in the form.
Tight deadlines for rendered outputs will be automatically declined.
All the prices displayed will be BASE PRICE. There are additional fees in my services (watermark removal, add-ons, rush art etc.).
Max. of 3 major revisions, including in sketch phase.
Beyond 3 major revisions will have additional fee.
Pay first policy.
If the client's MOP are Gcash, Maya, Gotyme, MariBank, Bank Transfer, 12.5 - 37.5 - 50 Payment Policy is applied.
If the client's MOP is Paypal, Full Payment is strictly preferred.
Pay based on your legal citizenship (Local(PH)/Overseas), if you have dual citizenship then it's your choice which currency you'll settle with, the price is set regardless.
For 12.5 - 37.5 - 50 payment policy, pay 12.5% BEFORE I draft the commission. 37.5% will be asked after sending initial drafts. The remaining 50% will be asked when the artwork's semi-finished.
As of 12.5 - 37.5 - 50 payment policy, 12.5% and 37.5% will be paid upfront with the amount based on the original price, if the request has additional fees, it will be cataloged on the 50%.
For Skeb Commission, payment will be 50/50 policy, if the client's MOP are the local e-wallets.
Watermark removal will have an additional 8% fee of the base price.
Revisions in sketch level are free, but major revisions passed third time OR passed the sketch phase will have an additional 55% fee of the base price.
Rushed art sketch commissions have additional 15% fee of the base price. For this case, payment would be 100% upfront.
Listed "limited skills but willing to try" will be counted on the request add-ons (complicated charac design/bg). Additional fees will be cataloged accordingly.
Commercial Monetization Usage of the commission will be charged additional 100% fee of the base price. (2x the original price)

Refunds are done under my volition.
For international commissions, please understand that the amount I received is deducted from payment service fees. As such, it is expected that refund will also not be the exact amount you will receive from my calculation based on the amount I received.
I will issue refunds only if, under the circumstances, I acknowledge I could not finish and/or failed to commit on starting the commission.

Clients may have a copy of the unfinished work when requested.
No watermarks will be included. Paid or not. However, the 8% deduction will be included for those who chose without watermark removal.
I, the artist, reserve all rights to my artworks. I may add the commission work in my portfolio.
I, the artist, retain the rights to publicly display both the progress and finished output of the commission, unless clients humbly requested to keep it private beforehand (if it's very personal, not NDA).
For Personal Use Commission, clients may do so as they please on the work whether that would be printing the artwork, make it as a personal photo display or banner in their respective profile accounts, share the artwork in their social media, etc.
I, the artist, take Commercial Monetization License into consideration for the new artworks requested. Discussions and agreements will be done. The price of the commissioned work will be 2x the original price.
The artworks CANNOT be used for Commercial Merchandising.
In any use of the commissioned artwork, CLIENTS MUST GIVE THE ARTIST A PROPER CREDITING.
Clients and companies take ownership of the subjects in the artwork (OCs, character from an existing franchise) respectively. Whereas copyright of the artwork itself belongs to me, the artist.
Clients are strictly prohibited to modify the artwork without my permission (this includes changing colors of the drawing, tracing, taking parts of the commission to use in other drawings).
This includes the unfinished commissioned work that may be partially refunded.
The artworks cannot be used for hate message and/or edited for malicious/offensive reasons.
Clients are STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use the artwork in any NFT or cryptocurrency based transaction.
Clients are STRICTLY PROHIBITED to use the artwork for BLOCKCHAIN-RELATED TECH or AI-TECH.

I will give the client frequent updates from the client's preferred platform.
There will be possible delays of reply under some circumstances or different time zones.
I operate at Philippine Time (GMT+8).
For Skeb commission, communication will be limited. I will only send semi-finished work and the final output.

My waitlist operates differently. There will be a 12.5 - 37.5 - 50 Payment Policy.
- 12.5% will be taken as the reservation slot fee. This will also be counted as the installment payment.
- 37.5% payment will be asked after the artist gave initial drafts of the commission
- The remaining 50% will be asked once the artwork is semi-finished
The batch for waitlisting will become a "first come, first serve" basis.
Some breaks may take time. But I acknowledged if I failed to commit, refunds will be distributed under my volition.
